We try to keep a small stock of props & equipment on hand for purchase, to accommodate those of you who would rather work out with us at home and for anyone who'd like to use their own equipment at the studio for peace-of-mind.  If you'd prefer the convenience of having these items delivered to your door, we have also compiled a list of all of our class props for purchase on Amazon. Most of the items on the list are the exact props we use. For items that are only available for purchase through our commercial distributor, we have listed substitutes that are of the same quality.
